RRT Assist Support

RRT Assist is a hospital clinical workflow application for rapid response team documentation, risk review, clinician signoff, and record-data preview.

Clinical users should contact their hospital RRT or clinical informatics lead for account access, workflow questions, and urgent operational support. The application is not a substitute for clinical judgment and does not provide autonomous treatment directions.

For deployment or integration support, use the hospital-approved support pathway associated with the Tencent Cloud production deployment and App Store Connect release owner.

Support Scope

• Runtime session access and sign-in issues.
• Report creation, signoff, risk review, and EHR preview workflow questions.
• Voice dictation or keyboard-entry workflow questions.
• Clinical safety concerns or suspected data issues.
