RRT Assist Privacy Policy

RRT Assist processes clinical report content, structured bedside findings, clinician review decisions, runtime user identifier values, and operational audit events only for hospital clinical workflow, quality review, security, and application functionality.

The app does not use data for tracking or advertising. It does not sell user data and does not use third-party advertising SDKs.

Data Categories

• Health and clinical workflow data entered by authorized clinicians.
• User-generated clinical content such as dictated or typed notes.
• Runtime user identifier and role information used for access control.
• Security and audit records needed for operational accountability.

Voice and Dictation

The production-safe voice intake path uses iOS system dictation or keyboard entry unless a hospital-approved native speech-recognition workflow has been enabled with separate privacy and workflow approval. Clinicians must review dictated text before structured backfill and signoff.

Retention and Governance

Data retention, access, audit review, incident response, and any EHR integration follow the approving hospital policy and production governance records for the deployment.
